Terms of service
These terms explain the independent purchase service, the product you receive, and the checks required before fulfillment.
1. Independent service
Get Claude Crypto is operated by Djali et fils LLC. We are an independent purchase service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC.
2. Product and fulfillment
Your order is for the specific official Claude gift-subscription link named at checkout. We purchase and deliver it manually after the crypto transfer is verified and account eligibility is reviewed. We do not sell shared accounts, pre-made accounts, passwords, or recurring billing.
3. Eligibility
You are responsible for confirming that your own Claude account can redeem the selected gift. Active mobile-store subscriptions can block web gift redemption until they end. Provider country, account, tax, usage, expiration, and redemption rules continue to apply.
4. Crypto payment
Send only the displayed asset, on the displayed network, to the complete address on your private order page. The quote expires at the time shown. Network and exchange withdrawal fees are separate. A transaction ID is not proof of payment until our manual review confirms destination, asset, network, amount, and finality.
5. Timing
Manual delivery usually occurs within 2–24 hours after payment verification and eligibility review. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will contact the delivery email if more information or time is required.
6. Customer security
We never need your Claude password, email password, 2FA code, seed phrase, private key, wallet connection, or remote access. Do not send those credentials to anyone claiming to represent this service.
7. Provider changes
Anthropic may change plan prices, features, limits, gift availability, taxes, or redemption rules. If a material change prevents the stated order from being fulfilled, we will contact you with a replacement or refund option before substituting anything.
