Refund policy
Crypto transfers are irreversible, but every order receives a human review before the digital gift is delivered.
Before the gift is purchased
Contact us immediately. If the transfer is verified but we have not purchased the provider gift, we can normally cancel and return the received value to an agreed compatible address. Sender, exchange, conversion, and return-network fees are not recoverable.
If we cannot fulfill
If the selected official gift is unavailable or your account cannot use it and no alternative is accepted, we will refund the verified amount we received, less unavoidable blockchain return fees.
After delivery
A delivered, valid gift link is a digital bearer item and is generally final. If the delivered link is invalid, materially different from the confirmed order, or already redeemed before delivery, contact us promptly. We will investigate and provide a valid replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed.
Wrong asset, network, address, or amount
Transfers sent with the wrong asset or network may be unrecoverable. Do not send again unless support instructs you to. Underpayments and transactions submitted after quote expiry require manual review and can delay fulfillment or refund.
How to request help
Email support@getclaudecrypto.com from the delivery email and include the order ID and public transaction ID. Never include a seed phrase, private key, password, or 2FA code.
