Privacy policy
We collect the information needed to quote, verify, deliver, support, and protect an order—nothing that grants access to your Claude account or wallet.
Data we process
We process the delivery email, selected plan and term, payment network, order timestamps, public transaction ID, order status, and limited security data such as an abbreviated or hashed request identifier used for rate limiting.
What we do not collect
We do not request Claude passwords, email passwords, 2FA codes, wallet seed phrases, private keys, wallet custody, browser extensions, or remote device access.
Why we use the data
We use order data to create a quote, prevent abuse and duplicate transaction use, verify payment manually, purchase and deliver the selected gift, send transactional email, resolve support requests, and keep necessary business records.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, a serverless Redis-compatible store holds the order ledger, Resend sends transactional email, Coinbase's public exchange-rate endpoint may supply non-stablecoin quote rates, and public blockchain explorers support transaction verification. Their respective privacy terms apply.
Retention and security
Order records are retained for up to 400 days to support fulfillment, disputes, accounting, and abuse prevention. Private order links use high-entropy access tokens and are excluded from search indexing and referrer sharing.
